How much does wash & fold laundry service cost per kg in Ironing & Pressing?
Wash and fold laundry service in Ironing & Pressing through Laundry Vietnam starts from just $1.50/kg (around 35,000 VND/kg). This transparent price includes premium eco-friendly detergent, fabric softener, tumble drying, and neat folding. It is up to 75% cheaper than hotel in-house laundry, which typically charges $3–$5 per individual garment.
How does free hotel lobby pickup and delivery work?
Simply book online in 2 minutes, select your service, and enter your hotel name. You can either meet our courier in the lobby or leave your laundry bag with the hotel front desk/concierge with your room number. We pick up, weigh on digital scales, send photo confirmation via WhatsApp, and deliver fresh clothes back to your reception.
How fast is the turnaround time for clean clothes?
Standard wash & fold takes 12 to 24 hours (drop off in the morning, ready by evening or next morning). If you need clean clothes urgently before a flight or day excursion, our priority Express 3-Hour Service delivers clean, fresh clothes back to your hotel in as fast as 2 to 3 hours.
Are my clothes washed separately from other guests?
Yes, 100% guaranteed. Every order is processed in its own dedicated, sanitized commercial washing machine and tumble dryer. We never mix garments from different customers under any circumstances to ensure hygiene, privacy, and fabric safety.
Do you separate white garments from dark colors?
Yes. Our trained partners inspect and separate white/light garments from dark colors before washing, and calibrate water temperatures to prevent color bleeding and keep your clothes looking crisp.
What is the $500 Garment Protection Guarantee?
Every booking automatically includes our $500 Garment Protection Guarantee. We inspect all clothes before and after washing. In the rare event of damage, shrinkage, or loss, our 24/7 bilingual support team resolves claims promptly with fair-market compensation within 24 hours.
What kind of detergent is used? Is it safe for sensitive skin?
We use premium hypoallergenic, eco-certified detergents and softeners with mild, fresh scents. They contain no harsh industrial bleaching agents, making them gentle on delicate fabrics and safe for sensitive skin and baby clothing.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support multiple convenient payment options: International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe), Apple Pay, VietQR instant Vietnam bank transfers, or cash upon delivery.
Do you handle muddy trekking clothes, jackets, or sports gear?
Yes! Traveling through Sapa, Ninh Binh, or the Ha Giang Loop often leaves clothes muddy and damp. We offer specialized deep-clean wash cycles for outdoor gear, waterproof rain jackets, thermal layers, and athletic shoes.
Why is full-service wash & fold better than a coin laundromat in Vietnam?
Coin laundromats in Vietnam are rare, often crowded, and require you to sit around for 2 hours feeding coins into machines. With Laundry Vietnam, you spend zero vacation time doing chores: we pick up from your hotel lobby, wash separately, tumble dry, neatly fold, and return fresh clothes directly to your front desk.
