1.1 Laundry Vietnam provides an online marketplace where customers can find and book laundry services at partner shops.

1.2 Laundry Vietnam is not the laundry shop. Each partner authorizes us to arrange bookings on its behalf. The address and identity of the partner shop are shown in the booking details.

2.1 To make a booking, you must provide accurate booking and contact details and follow the instructions shown on the website.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3 When booking, you may be asked for service type, weight estimate, pickup/delivery details, payment details, and contact information. Payment is taken at the time of booking.

3.1 Our partner shops provide professional laundry services including wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing, and express options. All items are handled with care using appropriate cleaning methods.

3.2 Partner shops are responsible for proper cleaning, timely turnaround, and safe handling of your clothes during the service period.

4.1 Shops may decline items that require specialized treatment, are excessively soiled, or contain hazardous materials. Check with your chosen shop for specific exclusions.

5.1 Bookings can be cancelled for free before drop-off. Once clothes are received by the shop, standard cancellation policies apply.

6.1 All bookings include a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning quality, the shop will re-wash your items at no additional cost.

7.1 We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms.

7.2 We are not responsible for acts or omissions of partner shops except where required by law.

7.3 Partner shops carry liability for damage to items during the cleaning process, subject to their terms.
